Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Stock and organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software systems.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
