Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise according to company standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
