Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology (scan guns, tablets).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for warehouse driving duties).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
