Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using warehouse equipment.
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and staging of customer orders.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks under supervision (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a barcode scanner.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
