What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in getting packages to customers efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label orders for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Utilize handheld scanners and technology to ensure accuracy and meet daily targets.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a high workflow pace.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Assist in the recovery and staging of inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency for reading instructions and communicating with team members.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
