Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, checking, and stocking merchandise to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before being shipped.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous warehouse work is a plus, but not necessary. We teach you everything you need to know.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read and understand work instructions, labels, and safety documents.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
