Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
