Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, defects, and quantity accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
