Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and order fulfillment tasks efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Requirements: No prior warehouse experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
