Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Utilize barcode scanners to accurately process incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders to ensure high accuracy and timely delivery.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a neat, organized warehouse layout and restock shelves as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments for damage and accuracy against packing lists.
Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for verbal instructions and safety briefings.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required.
