Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and safety standards.
- Assist in the organization of raw materials and finished goods storage areas.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
