Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and digital logging systems.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Package and label packages efficiently to ensure secure delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and safety quotas.
- Operate material handling equipment safely in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
