Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments from delivery trucks using proper equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from shelves and pack them for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and hand trucks as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with counting and basic arithmetic.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid Social Security card or equivalent identification.
