Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks according to safety protocols.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and verify orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure operational flow.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
