Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided upon hire).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock records as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
