Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and counting stock to ensure inventory accuracy and organization.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy loads within the warehouse.
- Shelf Organization: Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe workspace by organizing stock on shelves and pallets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level).
