Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks and conveyors; organize inventory on shelves and in bins.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery (certification provided upon hire).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders meet quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Documentation: Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate shipping logs.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
