Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training available on-site).
- Load and Unload Freight: Efficiently move shipments from delivery trucks to the warehouse floor and prepare outbound orders.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select items for customer orders and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in counting stock, scanning barcodes, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
