Your Role
As an Order Packer, you will be the final checkpoint before a product leaves our facility. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality control.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to customer specifications and barcode scanning protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily shipping quotas.
- Load outbound trucks and verify shipment contents to prevent errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
