Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after receiving training.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs safely and consistently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 8-10 hours a day).
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory purposes.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Henderson facility.
- Attention to detail is a plus.
