Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Material Handling: Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse facility.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory and pricing.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
