Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak operational periods.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and picking.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
