Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and package customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records using our WMS.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damages and quality assurance.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and labeling products.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and labeling.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to commute to the Houston facility.
