Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to meet shipping deadlines.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or errors.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily checks on warehouse equipment and report issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English reading and speaking skills are required.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
