Your Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work in a fast-paced environment where safety and efficiency are our top priorities.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently during inbound and outbound shifts.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
