Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory counts and stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to scan barcodes.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
