Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided) to move materials within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required. A willingness to learn is essential.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
