Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting boxes (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Verify inventory accuracy and ensure proper labeling of all packages.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a warehouse setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
