Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and conveyor belts.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time every day.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
