Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon hiring).
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to the Las Vegas facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
