Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using our inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow safety protocols and communicate any potential hazards to management immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the facility.
