Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and safety equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols, inventory control procedures, and company policies.
- Assist in cycle counts and stock organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
