Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems as trained.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning and verifying incoming and outgoing inventory stock.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand written instructions and safety labels.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
