Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts and pallet jacks) with proper training.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and update the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
