Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and shipping containers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely; training provided.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for counting items and handling cash (if applicable).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the USA.
