Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts (after certification), pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and report damaged goods immediately.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments and manage outgoing logistics documentation.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full paid training for all new hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and be punctual.
- Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate order processing.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or evenings.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and using handheld scanners.
