Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and organize stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in accordance with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete required paperwork and digital logs.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and reading labels.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
