As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our valued customers across the East Coast. Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Equipment Operation: Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic Literacy: Strong reading and comprehension skills to follow safety guidelines and operating instructions.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate picking and packing.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and nights if required.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
