Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace organized and hazard-free.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
