Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with regular inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload trucks while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and a valid ID.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to the workplace.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
