Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment to customers
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper training
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
