Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in physical inventory counts and quality checks
- Work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with positive attitude
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
