Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Reliability: A strong work history and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for safety documentation and communication.
