Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare packages for shipment using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking inventory against packing lists.
- Organize and maintain warehouse shelves and storage areas to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
