Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately process, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using remote inventory management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining accurate digital and physical inventory records.
- Data Entry: Input shipping details, tracking information, and compliance forms with high precision.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all safety and quality standards are strictly followed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic warehouse machinery and handheld scanners as required by the shift.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with team leads and dispatch to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and local labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required. Basic general labor or customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in basic computer navigation and typing.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work duties.
- Background: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
