Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace in accordance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Sort, store, and retrieve inventory as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the Columbus facility.
