Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure optimal workflow and safety.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities and condition.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and checking orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
