Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Reach Trucks) to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and recording quantities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehousing operations.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (CFL/RFIT) or be willing to obtain one.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
