Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pick, pack, and stage products for shipment and delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior warehouse experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to perform simple math calculations.
