Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts) safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Organize stock in designated areas to ensure optimal workflow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts (Day/Night).
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse technologies.
